We had a beautiful ride in Folsom at the Willow Creek/Mormon Island Wetlands trail on Friday. Their was lots of wildlife on display- cottontails, red-wing blackbirds, Canada geese, and toddlers with training wheels.
Peter has been double-checking our overnight locations with google earth to make sure that it's not too ghetto-scary. We will be camping out in quite a few WalMart parking lots along the way, including the WalMart headquarters, Store #1 in Kentucky on Sam Walton Blvd. (EXCITING)
Yesterday I found 9 pennies and 4 nickels while I was riding, so we're almost rich. My seat cover had gotten some snow on it from the night before and my butt was soaked after the first 5 miles. (UNCOMFORTABLE)
Camelot's opening weekend was successful, and more importantly, OVER. We finish auditions for the Christmas show, Little Princess, tonight. Once the show is cast, we will not be focusing on the theater until we return from the trip. Also, Suzanne is home for spring break from Davis. She made chocolate chip cookies. (YUMMY)
